Section 127(1) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Rules, 1968
(1)Pending appointment of a Secretary under Rule 125 or 126, the Committee of Management of the society may, subject to the provisions of Section 120 and the regulations framed under Section 121 or 122, appoint any suitable person as Officiating Secretary.
