Section 18(1) in The West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education Act, 1994.
(1)As soon as the Board is established, the Board may, with the approval of the State Government, constitute any or core of the following Committees, namely: -(a)the Recognition Committee;(b)the Syllabus Committee;(c)the Examinations Committee;(d)the Finance Committee;(e)the Appeal Committee; and(f)such other Committee or Committees as it may think necessary.
