(3)The Official Directors shall be representatives of the Department of the Government concerned with the business of the Nigam as set out in Section 18 and matters associated therewith who shall not be below the rank of Deputy Secretary:Provided that there shall be atleast one Director representing each from Fisheries Department, Finance Department and Irrigation Department.
