Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that his client would be satisfied, in case respondents are directed to consider the representation already made by her during the pendency of present petition. The prayer is innocuous and has rightly not been opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today by affording her an opportunity of personal hearing and the order so passed on the representation shall 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
