Section 305 in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
305. Driving vehicles without proper lights.
- Whoever drives or propels any vehicle not properly supplied with lights in any street during the period from half an hour after sunset to half an hour before sunrise shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
