(2)The Collector of the District shall cause such notification to be published by affixing a copy thereof in some conspicuous place in the office of such Collector, in every Civil Court, in every police-station, and in the office of every Sub-divisional Officer within the District, and in any other manner which the [State] [Substituted by A.L.O.] Government may from time to time direct.
