Section 121(4) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(4)The Town Planning Member may, by an order in writing, delegated any power exercisable by him under this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder any officer subordinate to him in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
