Section 10 in The Punjab Minimum Wages Rules, 1950
10. Disqualification.
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being nominated as and for being a member of the Committee, [-] [The words 'Advisory Committee' omitted by the Punjab Government Notification No. 9110/8801-Lab-58/68593, dated 28.8.1958.] or the Board, as the case may be, -(i)if he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent court; or(ii)if he is an undischarged insolvent; or(iii)if before or after the commencement of the Act, he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.(2)If any question arises whether a disqualification has been incurred under sub-rule (1), the decision of the State Government thereof shall be final.
