- Subject to the provisions of the rules, if any, made in this behalf, the business of a Gram Sabha and of its committees shall be conducted in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations ; and such regulations may specify the cases in which the decisions of the Gram Sabha shall be on the basis of unanimity or a majority.
