Section 1 in The Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Scheme, 2015
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Scheme may be called the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Scheme, 2015.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
