Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Daudpur (Saran) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the prosecution's allegation mentioned in the FIR is completely unbelievable as more than 7 persons are stated to have been assaulted by petitioners which is not possible in actual the informant Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60475 of 2021(2) dt.06-06-2022 2/2 and some so called employees of Electricity Department or concerned franchi went to the house of the petitioners to settle dues of bills and at that time they demanded some gratification to settle the said amount and thereafter the present case was lodged as the demand of the informant was not fulfilled by the petitioners. Further submission is that the said injured persons have sustained very simple nature injuries.

Having considered the above submissions and petitioners' clean antecedent as mentioned in the petition at para 3 and the genesis of the occurrence appearing from the FIR and the nature of the injuries appearing from the injury reports of the injured persons annexed to the bail petition, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity) NBPDCL, Tirhut Area, Muzaffarpur in connection with Daudpur (saran) P.S. Case No. 264 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
