Section 12(2) in Telangana Atiyat Enquiries Act, 1952
(2)[ If in the course of any enquiry as to claims to succession, any dispute arises involving questions of succession, legitimacy, divorce or other questions of personal law, the Atiyat Court shall direct the parties to get the dispute decided in the competent Civil Court. On the production of the final decision of the Civil Court, the Atiyat Court shall give effect to such decision.] [Section 12 was renumbered as sub-section (1) thereof and sub-section (2) was inserted by Act XXVIII of 1956.]
