Section 151(1)(iii) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(iii)if the trailer is or trailers are being drawn by tractor the unladen weight of which exceeds 7,250 Kilograms, notwithstanding that the brakes of the trailer or trailers can be operated by the driver or some other person on the tractor, not less than one person on each trailer or not less than two persons on the last trailer in train one of whom shall be the person as described under the provisions of Sub-clause (b) of Clause (i).
