             UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                 O R D E R

Mr. Harin Raval, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to settle the dispute with the respondent without prejudice to the rightly contention of the petitioner. A cheque has already been drawn in the name of the respondent for Rs.44,78,888/- towards full and final settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondent is granted two weeks’ time to obtain instructions.

Post the matter on 27th January, 2014.

In the meantime, the execution proceedings shall remain stayed.
