(2)The Chancellor shall be competent to call from time to time such information or records relating to any affairs of the University, and the Vice-Chancellor shall furnish the same. It shall also be lawful for the Chancellor, after perusal of such information or records, to give in the interest of the University, directive to the Vice-Chancellor as he deems fit, and the Vice-Chancellor shall comply with such directives.
