(7)Diffuser or direct expansion pipe through which refrigerant flows shall be installed in a Cold Storage in such a way that the proper temperature together with maximum permissible variation of centigrade and permissible variation of 5% of relative humidity may be maintained at every place of storage of agricultural produce inside the Cold Storage.
