Section 75(7) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(7)The driver or conductor of every public service vehicle shall maintain trip sheets serially numbered in a bound book in Form XXXIII or Form XXXIV, as the case may be, in English or in one of the regional languages of the State.
