Section 27(1) in The Rajasthan Urban Areas (Sub-Division Reconstitution and Improvements of Plots) Rules 1975
(1)Within three months from the date of receipt of application under rule 6 with all relevant and complete information the Trust shall communicate to the developer the manner in which his application has been treated by the Trust.
