1. Heard Mr. Pathik Acharya, Learned Counsel for the Applicant,

2. The Official Liquidator has filed present report with following prayers:-

a) "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay outstanding bills of Rs. 54,280/- to M/s. e-

Procurement Technologies Ltd. for Sr. No. 1 to 5 Companies mentioned in Table-A from their respective companies account where have funds are available.

b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to also permit the Official Liquidator to pay outstanding bills of Rs. 7080/- to M/s. e- Procurement Technologies Ltd. for Sr. No. 6 Company mentioned in above Table-A from common pool account subject to reimbursement of the same from the fund which would be realized from sale of assets of the company in liquidation

3. Considering the facts as per the directions of the this Hon'ble Court Official Liquidator in many matters to conduct e-auction for assets and properties which are put in sale. Accordingly, the Official Page 1 of 3 Downloaded on : Wed Jan 12 00:35:29 IST 2022 C/OLR/95/2020 ORDER Liquidator conducted e-auction in compliance of the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat from time to time in various matters of companies in liquidation and conducting the said auctions the Official Liquidator appointed one e-auction agency M/s. e-Procurement Technologies Ltd. (auction tiger). As per letter provided by M/s. e-Procurement Technologies Ltd. to the Official Liquidator they are charging per Company Rs. 10,000/- plus applicable GST (service tax) for conducting Successful e-auction and Rs. 6,000/- plus applicable GST (service tax) for Unsuccessful e-auction.

4. It is further indicates that official Liquidator has given work for e-auction to M/s e-Procurement Technologies Ltd. (auction tiger) for following companies after obtaining order of this Hon'ble Court.

5. It was also pointed out that after conducting all e-auctions M/s.

e-Procurement Technologies Ltd. has submitted following bills and annexed with the Report at Annexure B colly.

The report also indicates that Companies at Sr. No. 1 to 5 have funds in respective companies account whereas Company at Sr. No. 6 do not have any funds, as assets of said company is yet to be sold.

6. Considering the aforesaid, and considering the documents produced with the report is allowed in terms of Paragraph 8 (a) and 8(b).

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this report is disposed off.
