Section 2(c) in Arunachal Pradesh Agriculture/Horticulture Services Rules, 1989
(c)Basic "Agricultural Qualification" means a Bachelor's Degree on Agriculture from a recognised College/University/Institute set up under the Act of the State Government/Central Government.
