Section 10(d) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(d)To grant, diplomas or certificates to persons who-(i)have perused a course .of study in an institution admitted to the privileges or recognition by the Board, or(ii)are teachers, or(iii)have studied privately under conditions laid down in the regulations and have passed the examinations of the Board under like conditions.
