Section 29 in The Hind Cycles And Sen-Raleigh Limited (Nationalisation) Act, 1980
29. Protection of action taken in good faith. - (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or the Custodian or the Government companies or other person authorised by that Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
(2)No suit, or other legal proceeding, shall lie against the Central Government or any of its officers or other employee of the Custodian or the Government companies or any officer or other person authorised by those Companies for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
