Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Relief of Agricultural Indebtedness Rules, 1957
(1)60 per cent of the market value of the alienable property determined in accordance with rule 9 provided that when the property or part thereof yields income but the market value of such property or part cannot be determined, the value of such property or part shall be the amount of income capitalised at 6 percent per annum; and
