(1)The headquarters of the Tribunal shall be at Bangalore.(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), Benches of the Tribunal may, from time to time and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, have sittings at such places as the Chairman of the Tribunal may specify.
