Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be
pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.22/2019 on the file of
Hon ble VII Additional District Judge, Kadapa during pendency of this CRP
and pass such Pending disposal of CRP No. 2634 of 2025, on the file of the
High Court.
The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to
show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the
following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of
notice in the case).
ORDER
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.22/2019 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Kadapa if the Court below not proceeded for hearing. If the Court below already heard the matter, not to deliver the judgment and decree till the next date of hearing.
