Section 27 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
27. Quorum.-
For the transaction of business at a meeting of a Panchayat Samiti, the quorum shall be,-(a)if it is an ordinary meeting, one-third, and(b)if it is a special meeting, one-half,of the number of Members actually serving for the time being.
