Section 14(2) in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1) if such person is a Government servant or employee in a Government Undertaking, he shall be entitled to travelling and daily allowances, only at the rates provided under the relevant rules applicable to him.
