Section 12(1) in Gujarat Educational Innovations Commission Act, 2009
(1)The Commission shall meet at such time and at such place and shall, subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of (procedure with regard to transaction of its business at the meetings as may be provided by regulations:Provided that the Commission shall meet at least once in every month.
