Section 4(1) in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986
(1)The Commissioner shall be the Chief-Executive and whole time officer of the Commissionerate and he shall implement the decisions of the Governing Council and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be delegated to him from time to time by the Governing Council.
