Section 19(2) in The Bengal Land Records Maintenance Act, 1895
(2)Tables of fees so payable shall be published in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by A.O. for 'Calcutta Gazette'.], and a copy thereof in English and the vernacular language of the district, shall be exposed to public view in the office of every Registrar of Mutations.
