Section 14(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Land and Ecological Sites (Protection and Management) Act, 2018
(1)No person shall enter and carryout any research work, survey soil testing and collection of a part/whole flora and fauna sample from any of the site of designated area without obtaining prior permission for the purpose from the concerned Deputy Commissioner.
