7. Publication of application under Section 6 (2).
- Every application fa State aid of an amount or value exceeding Rs. 20,000 shall be published in the official Gazette together with a notice calling upon persons objecting to the giving of such aid to submit their objections to the Director or to the Officer appointed under Clause (2) of Section 2 before whom the application for such aid has been filed, by registered post within 30 days of the publication in the Gazette,
