Section 29 in Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962
29. Non-application of Rent Control Acts to Corporation premise.
- The Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates, Control Act, 1947, or any other law corresponding thereto for the time being in force in any part of the State-(a)shall not apply to any premises belonging to or vesting in the Corporation under or for the purposes of this Act;(b)shall not apply as against the Corporation to any tenancies, or like relationship created by the Corporation in respect of any such premises;(c)but shall apply to any premises let to the Corporation.
