- A copy of the monthly progress statement of collections shall be submitted to the Tahsildar on the first working day of the next month, through post or special messenger, as may be convenient. The Tahsildar shall get them consolidated for the Tahsil and shall submit a copy of the consolidated statement for the information of the Collector through the sub-divisional officer, if the total remittances reported by the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti do not agree with the total receipts in the Tahsil, the Tahsildar shall get the discrepancy re-conciled. If the discrepancy is not re-conciled by the 15th of the month, the Tahsildar shall not it on the statement together with the steps taken by him in that respect for the information of the Collector. The statement shall not be deposited by the Collector till the final report of the Tahsildar is received.The Tahsildar shall also submit to the District Officer a six monthly statement in the form given below at the latest, by the end of April and October each year in respect of the Fasal just preceding:Statement of commission paid to Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti for the Fasal ending...........Tahsil..................District...........(a)Serial No.(b)Name of Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti(c)Total amount of Collections made during the Fasal.(d)Total amount of commission due on the amount in.column c.(e)Balance of commission of the preceding Fasal, if any.(f)Total commission (Column d + e)(g)Amount paid during the Fasal.(h)Number and date of voucher through which payment made.(i)Remarks (showing cause of delay for non-payment or delayed payment.(j)Signature of Tahsildar.The district officer shall consolidate the statement for all the Tahsil and submit the same to the Land Reforms Commissioner by the end of May and November each year.
