(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in any other provision of this Act, an appeal shall lie from an original or appellate order of any officer of the Board or the Chairman under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder -(a)to the Chairman when the order is made by any officer of the Board;(b)to the Board when the order is made by the Chairman.
