Order 12/03/2019 Matter comes upon application for recalling order dated 14 th of August, 2018, whereby Civil Writ Petition No.9316/2016 was disposed of in light of earlier order passed in Daulat Ram V/s. Chairman & Managing Director, RSRTC & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9687/2015 decided on 1st of October, 2015).

In the application, it is, inter alia, averred that applicant- petitioner has not been granted the benefits of selection grades. Suffice it to observe in this behalf that the case has been disposed of for grant of retiral benefits in terms of decision in Daulat Ram (supra), and therefore, no case for recalling the order is made out.

(2 of 2) [WMAP-263/2018] Consequently, the application is rejected. However, in case the applicant is having any subsisting grievance, then he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
