2. The Ld. Authorized Representative for Assessee [AR], Shri Tanzil R.Padvekar, at the outset, vide endorsement, sought permission to withdraw this appeal as per the instructions. The Ld. CIT-DR raised no serious objections against the same.
3. Keeping in view the same, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
