Section 27(1) in The U.P. Electricity Reforms Act, 1999
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 45, every direction or order made by the Commission may be enforced by the Commission as if it were a decree or order made by a Civil Court and the Commission had all the powers to execute it.
