Section 12(h) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(h)to prepare or cause to be prepared the Annual Report, Performance Budget, Outcome Budget and other documents, as specified by the Government from time to time, and place them before the Commission for its consideration and further to submit them to the Government by the due dates; and
