66. Power of State Government to appoint new member.
- The State Government may appoint a new member, when a member of a committee -(a)resigns or dies;(b)is for a continuous period of six months absent from India without leave of the Charity Commissioner;(c)leaves India for the purpose of residing abroad;(d)desires to be discharged;(c)refuses to act; or(f)is removed by the State Government.
