69. Bar to civil suit and protection to persons acting in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or legal proceedings in respect of anything done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or rule or bye-laws made thereunder, shall lye against the officer of the State Government or against the Board or any Committee or against any officer or servant of the Board or any Committee or against any person acting under the directions of such Board, Committee or any officer or servant of the State Government, Board or Committee.
