104. Certain prisoners to be taken before Superintendent.
- In the event of any prisoner being at any time guilty of a breach of discipline or of any rule or regulation or of any other misconduct, the Deputy Superintendent shall cause the offender to be brought before the Superintendent for orders, and shall enter or cause to enter the charge in the prisoner's history-ticket.
