Section 31 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 1999
31. Presentation and security of the petitions .-All petitions shall be filed with seven copies and each set of the petition shall be complete in all respects. The fees as may be prescribed by the Commission shall be payable alongwith the petition.
