an> 12.06 hrs.1 Title: Nomination of two members of the Lok Sabha to the Spices Board. THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (SHRI ANAND SHARMA): Madam, I beg to move the following:-
“That in pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act, 1986, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, two members from amongst themselves to serve as members of the Spices Board for a term of three years, subject to the other provisions of the said Act and the rules made thereunder.” MADAM SPEAKER: The question is:
