Section 239C(1) in The Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)Subject to the other specific provisions in this behalf, the procedure to be followed by the Officer in all inquiries, appeals and proceedings under this Act and the rules framed thereunder shall be such as may be prescribed.
