Section 3(iii) in The Rajasthan State Aid to Industries (Guaranteeing of Cash Credit and other Credit Facilities) Rules, 1965
(iii)"loanee" means any of the industrial units, industries or industrial co-operative societies mentioned in rule 2, which contracts or agrees to contract a loan from any scheduled bank;
