Section 9(ii) in The Rajasthan Grant & Payment of Old Age Pension Rules, 1974
(ii)On receipt of an application in the prescribed form the enquiry Officer shall arrange to get it entered in the Register OAP II. Before enlisting new application, it may also be ensured that he had not applied for pension in the past and the application rejected. A separate subsidiary register of rejected application may also be maintained.
