(2)If at any time during the meeting of the Committee it is brought to the notice of the Chairman that the numbers of members present falls short of the number required to make a quorum prescribed by sub-section (2) of Sec. 10 of the Act, the Chairman shall adjourn the meeting to some other day, fixing such time and place as he shall think convenient.
