9. List of Home Guards, their Service Books and Muster Rolls.
- (i) A Company Commander at the head-quarters of the district shall be responsible for maintaining an accurate and complete list of all Home Guards on training in service, or in reserve. Verification Roll in Form C, Service Book in Form D, and Muster Roll in Form E showing every change of address as directed by the Inspector-General shall be maintained for every Home Guard. On discharge a Home Guard's name shall be struck off the Muster Roll and his Service Book closed.(ii)The Platoon Commander shall report in advance the anticipated date of discharge of a Home Guard to the Superintendent of Police for necessary action.
