(9)The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Senate shall be drawn up by the Registrar in consultation with Dean (Academics) and circulated to all the members of Senate present in India:Provided that no such minutes shall be circulated, if the Senate considers such circulation prejudicial to the interests of the Institute or the Central Government.
